Poor Service and Product

Following my review previously Defy was in no way prepared to assist me. Even though i explained my plight that due to covid and working 7 days a week i did not get a chance to get someone to connect it for me. When i did get the chance to do so i find out that a dishwasher with a defect has been given to me.

I would like to inform whoever reads this never to purchase a Defy appliance as they really do not care about customer service and cannot stand by their brand. If they could my dishwasher would have been sorted out by now. Even the managers do not care. Its like running in circles and not getting anywhere. This is rather sad.

I personally would never purchase another Defy appliance. If a company cannot stand by their brand , its not worth it as they are not confident in it themselves.
