POOR SERVICE
I just want to express again my extreme dissapointment with Defy and Game Stores at Lakeside Mall. After sending my review late last year with the extremely poor service received and lack of feedback regarding my broken washing machine, Game or Defy sent me the very same technician has come the previous 3 times to come and check my washing machine and ALAS! IT'S STILL NOT WORKING!!! I am tired of the back and forth with these stores and want to emphasise the poor service received.
