Poor service

<p>I write this review with disappointment and disregard of the service provided by TLC marketing on behalf of Defy. I believe i was misled into purchasing a product and my expectations were not met. I have exhausted all escalation process and till now no one is helping. i purchased a washing machine from Game stores which came with a Guaranteed Getaway from Defy. I followed all instructions and emailed all the required Docs. Till today we are still waiting for TLC marketing to respond. When you call Defy they refer you to TLC marketing which i believe is unfair and the product i bought was a Defy washing machine. The last call i had from this company i was told that the request was received and i will be advised of dates of the trip in the last week of January 2017, to date nothing has been said. The trip will be coming to an end soon and this seems like DEFY is running away from their obligations. To be honest this is the worst coming ive come across.</p>
