Poor Service

On Tuesday 19 April I called Burgerfort Game in regards with my broken Defy dishwasher which is now broken for the third time in a year and a halfs time. Burgersfort Game contacted me and said the Defy technitian will come and repair the machine on 22 April. I took off from work on Friday to be at home and waited for the Defy technician to come and repair the machine, but no Defy technician arrived. I called Burgersfort Game to query why the Defy technician did not show up. Burgerfort Game called the technician and his respond was that he did arrange with me to come on Monday the 25 April which is not the truth. He never called me. He is giving false feedback to Burgersfort Game. I called the Defy customer service to report this matter and still nothing was done with this situation. I am not availible on Monday. Still no technician arrived and still no technician called. It is poor service after arrangement was made to repair the Defy dishwasher and the technician of Defy did not commit to arrangement and did not even contact me to arrange a new date. Now I need to struggle to get hold of technician and arrange a date.
