Please note that the above item is still under guarantee. We have had various complaints on the item and the Defy Technician (Roy) via Job Card *** has attended to the item on several occasions. The item continues to defrost sporadically thus causing water spillage and spoilage of groceries. We have lost groceries on two separate occasions valued at over R4000. Considering that the continuous repairs are not working, please urgently make arrangements with us to replace the item. Please note that all emails sent to the technician have not been rep**** to and we are quite frankly fed up of this poor service.
