Poor service

I phoned the customer care centre on the 11th January 2018 to ask if a repair technician could please come out and repair my automatic defy washing machine. I was told that he would call on me within the next 3 to 5 working days. To date I have phoned the call centre twice more to be told that they cannot get hold of the technician. I think this is a poor show!! They have not bothered to call me back at all.
