Poor Repair Service
We purchased a Defy washing maschine, which started to leak. There have been FOUR attempts to fix the leak. The last one was on 21/1/2023. Still waiting for AS Electronics to get back to us. JOB NUM:***. Can someone from DEFY please contact me to get the full story.

The washing machine was collected and taken away for repairs. It was returned 2 days later. After 1 wash IT IS STILL LEAKING. This is the 4th time that repairs under warranty have failed. It is leaking water with some oily type substance in it. I would like this unit replaced as there seems to be a latent defect, which they cannot resolve.
