Poor quality of products

I purchased a Defy F790 fridge/freezer 2 months ago from Game Westwood mall, upon installation the water dispenser did not work, this was reported and was promised a replacement water unit, waited for 3 weeks and was told that defy could not replace the part but would rather replace the entire unit, 3 week later the compressor on the new replaced unit gives up leaving me without a fridge for almost a week before I could purchase another brand of fridge as I will never again use any Defy appliance, poor quality and service.
