Poor quality of defy products

I bought a defy f640 fridge a few years back and have lots of problems with it. The freezer drawers brake so easily, it trips the earth leakage all the time,the back plate in the fridge side is badly rusting,the drain catch on the compressors are made of such poor quality metal and is thin that it just rusts away,the defrost element had to be changed .I did call and speak to a very arrogant defy service manager. I asked him how can then make a fridge with a metal plate that rusts away. His reply was any metal will rust. Theres nothing that can be done. Defy is the worst company i dealt with. Their products are priced almost the same as lg and samsung but their products are far from the quality of lg and samsung. Their products are poorly engineered. Please stay away from defy u will thank me.
