Poor quality of defy deep freezer
I bought a defy fridge in Giyani Masingita mall in April 2025 ,the fridge has stopped working and when I try to contact the store ,it seems like I won't get any help since I lost the slip ,It is so disappointing as I thought it is the brand I can trust ,now I'm stuck with a fridge that is not working ,is it my fault that defy is selling poor quality freezers
