Poor Quality goods

I bought a washing machine in December.

I was away upon my return I unboxed and used it and it makes a very bad noise.

I have used it maybe 3 times and the noise now sounds like a grinder I cant use it.

I logged the companit on the 30th Jan it took defy 2 weeks to reply, I rep**** with the required infor and now another two weeks have passed and still nothing.

I am sitting with a useless machine because I cannot use it.

I want to return it for a full refund because what is this?
