POOR QUALITY
I don't know where to begin, i was trying to calm myself down and avoiding to log a formal complaint, job no-*** RUST on my brand new stove and the hoover. techs came out they told us its bcoz we close to the sea. i mean to say the old stove i was replacing it was still working perfectly fine and its also a DEFY brand n its been abt 20 yrs we had it but never experienced RUST on it. now its been over a week the oven light stopped working. i bought these DECEMBER installed in Jan or early FEB . i need someone higher to sort this out.
