poor quality defy machine

I purchased my defy on the 06/03/2022 i have been getting a error code E6 since the start ,I have had someone out 4 times now and all i am being told is that there is too much washing in the machine od the floor in my bathroom is not level, the thing is how do i guess with this machine if there is too much washing in it there is no indicatoreven my 10 year old machine could tell me if my load was too heavy for the machine, the guy also said the level of water is probably not enough and that's why it keeps switching off, I will not ever purchase a defy product i just wasted hard earn money to a company that sells a poor product.
