POOR QUALITY COMPLAINT

Can only one superior please kindly contact me. I logged a complaint I think it's been 2months. Someone contacted me wrong timing was busy at work I requested her to call me back later of which no one contacted me again.

Due to the warranty, Unfortunately an oven light is an accessory and this can be sourced through the service centres nearest to you. The team will contact again to advise on this.

Hi. Thanks for the response. But now if you say your team ALWAYS leaves a message. Since they didn't leave me any message it means am I lying to you? Because instead of coming to do this again here on hello Peter I would've callback back as per that message you are insisting they always leave. I'll be awaiting for your call
