Poor quality and service

They sell ******* products. I bought a washing machine on the 1st of Feb the machine only worked twice. I sent a request for the machine to be fixed. Two technicians have since come to fix it. They both could not. Now they want to send another technician. I don't want a technician. I want a new machine or my money back . I am without a washing machine for a full month now . This is ridiculous
