Poor Quality

I purchased a Defy Side by Side fridge Freezer Model F640 in 2006, i have had endless problems with this product which resulted in Defy replacing me with a brand new unit in 2009, its been six years now that i have this fridge and recently i have noticed that the fridge is rusting inside which is creating holes in the fridge.i really cant understand the inferior quality that a Defy product are made of. i cannot get into contact with anyone from the customer care in Durban hence this letter to Hello Peter. We as consumers purchase a household brand like Defy thinking that we are buying quality, the product have not gotten any cheaper yet the quality has depleted tremendously.
