Poor products

Hi Defy My frigde is broken again. I do not even have the fridge for two years and it is broken again. I am very dissapointed in defy products. I logged call on Monday 03 April 2018. I paid a R10 000 for piece of s****. I wonder if this fridge will ever work properly again.I was told to wait 5 days for part to arrive in Cape Town .Why defy never spare parts stocked in Cape Town that is a main city.They take five days and than come to check wath is wrong with product than say they have order the part that will take 5 working days . Meantime I must sit no refrigerator for 3 weeks . This bull****. Please do not sell ****.I want refund for my money and choose different brand.
