The product code<br> <br> <br> <br> This email is to voice my utter disappointment with the product I purchased for a substantial price from Makro.<br> <br> The accredited installer \Themba of SERVISURE"which was recommended & approved by Makro came out yesterday late afternoon to install the air-conditioner confirmed that there is a common problem with this product as this is the Fourth Aircon. that did not work after installation.<br> <br> <br> <br> I have been tremendously inconvenience firstly by the installer that did not come out on time as promised (should have been out at 3pm but arrived after 5pm) and then the sub-standard product provided by DEFY. This is totally unacceptable and this situation needs to be resolved immediately"
