poor product

Purchased defy washing machine at game less than a year ago.three months down the line it was broken. Technician came, it worked for another two months. They came again it worked. This has been fixed three tines already I mean really. What are selling? Is this what you guys are about selling broken products. This washing machine has a guarantee of two years its dead. Your call centre is as useless as your products. I'm so done buying any defy brand. Its useless, you can come and pick up this useless product in my house asap.
