Poor Poor Poor Service

Has anyone had issues with service from Defy . We bought a brand new fridge/freezer from Game Ballito on 3/12/2020. It stopped working on 22/12/2020. We logged a service call with @Defy and were told a technician would be sent out by the 24th. We are still waiting. We have made numerous calls, get promised a call back, but NO ONE comes back to us.
