Poor Manangent and Service

I have since reported my fridge in January and they advised that it should be exchanged i am still waiting no one has made means to contact me i have been following up on this i have spent thousands over the last few months cause i can't buy in bulk like before this is frustrating the service is so poor from all the staff Logan,Eduard the service manager i just want my refund no longer interested in their excuses
