Poor Design

<div>I bought a Defy Slimline hob and Oven to replace the old Slimline. This Slimline has a design fault in that the grill does not work efficiently unlike the old one. I've had a service engineer visit and tell me that there is nothing that can be done - not fit for purpose. I spoke with Midrand Service who repeated that the design was the design!!! Unlike my old Oven we will not be grilling - just unhealthy frying!!!</div>
