Poor Defy Services

I bought a big fridge /freezer from gam in November 2017. Everything worked well up to this weekend. Now only half of the fridge is working and half of the freezer . I phoned Game and asked for assistance . They loged a call at Defy . Now they can only help met maby on Thursday... How the hell must you live normaly without a fridge ... They dont care about your loss . As long as you buy their product they are happy .All my meat and groceries for the month will be goof to go to the dumping site . Thank , help appreciated.
