Poor Defy Guaranteed Getaway Service

<p>Defy has a Guaranteed Getaway promotion, I don't want to elaborate on the promotion as it can be researched. </p> <p> </p> <p>I planned to confirm my booking during December 2016 to adhere to terms and conditions stating that bookings should be done before end of Dec 2016. I have sent thorugh my dates and venues together with proof of purchase as they required and haven't heard anything back within 5 to 10 working days from them as they promised. December 2016 is done now, and while I am trying to phone them to hear what needs to happen now, I have been on the line for 48 minutes already without anyone answering. I have a photo of this if needed.</p> <p>Poor Poor Poor service....</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
