Poor Defy and Game store service

I've logged a service call with Defy on the 16 August. I've received a logged number and everything, the technician calls when he is in the area and is very demanding that I leave work now as he will not be in this area again ( no prior arrangements). No further contact again. Now to find out the area is apparently dangerous for the technician to come out to... what nonsense is that. I kept on calling them to find out when will some one attend to my call, they keep on telling me that they will call to make an appointment with me. Very disappointing service. Furthermore, I will never purchase a defy product again and definitely not at a Game store.
