Poor customer service
I purchased a fridge and 11 days later it is not cooling at all. Lodged a complaint and I was informed I will be called. It is now Day 3 still no one has phoned me. I phoned customer care line and once again and the same answer they will call me when they call me. No worries about the inconvenience on my side. This was not a cheap buy so I expected better service.
