Poor Communications on Appliance Queries.

Having bought a new Defy Microwave oven model DMO 392, I had a query regarding the manual and on 11/6/23 sent an email query to *** and having received no response (or bounced message) sent another follow-up on 15/6/23 As of today I have still heard nothing.
