Poor Communication

Poor service, Poor Communication Not happy with the service from. The call center to Management. My unit is still under warranty, had a technical issue with the machine tech came out to inspect the unit. 1.He came empty handed 2 Didn't communicate that the unit needs replacement parts. 3.I've been calling since the 3rd. Today I called was told to speak to Thato useless. I've been waiting for Danny the service ve manager to call me. I'm frustrated by the poor service.
