Poor, Bad..Bad. Disgrace
Don't even deserve a rating. Called in Defy to check when will the technician come fix. Agent was rude. No respect for customers. Forgot his name. Bought a Defy fridge last year 4th August. Now the fridge is dead. Now we have to make alternatives to move everything from the fridge because its getting rotten. Really disappointed
