poor appliances

After qriting a review on hellopeter, Defy sent a technician. i monitored the fridge for a week, the ice is starting to build up like last time. i am not happy with this. i demand a new fridge because i dont understand that a fridge that has only one year can be already on repairs. it makes me wonder how long is its life span.
