Poor and untruthful service

Called for a technician to come out and have a look at the fridge because the thermostat is faulty. He came out and basically just turned the temperature gauge on the fridge and said he reset the temperature which is absolute nonsense! I then phone again to report that the fridge is still not working only for them to tell me that the technician listed that he replaced the thermostat and regassed the fridge which he didn't!! He only came into my apartment with a *****driver and pen and paper!! Since they told me that they would send out another technician and I haven't heard back in a week! Useless and poor service!
