Poor and unacceptable service

I bought a Grundig fridge for R9909.99 from Hirsh on 17/09/2017 with a 10 years guarantee. The first fridge was not working and was replaced on 03/10/17. The second fridge was not even 2 years old and the steel evaporator coil inside was completely rusted and it stopped working. I have reported it and received a Job no: *** on 23/09/2019. Their technician arrived and said he has to replace the rusted steel coil. On 25/09/2019 he replaced the coil and burned my Novilon carpet. The fridge WAS STILL NOT WORKING and he said he has to replace the compressor. Until today I am without a fridge!! THIS IS POOR SERVICE! The frigde should be replaced with a brand new one!!
