Poor and Pathetic service

Have a fault on my Refrigerator/Freezer bought a year ago which is still under warranty,called place of purchase of which a service call was log,it has been a week since,I obtain a reference number an was told upon calling to wait for technician to make contact by a defy call centre agent which I find pathetic and not very helpful. Poor service
