Poor after sales service

I purchased a side by side Defy fridge freezer from makro less than a year ago and unfortunately the freezer suddenly stopped working and the warning sign appears in the fridge. I called makro on Saturday morning (08/02/20) but Defy still hasn't contacted me to arrange to fix it. Taking into consideration that a fridge / freezer is a delicate matter, I would hope that Defy responds at soon as possible.
