Poor after sales service

Defy do not want to repair my washing machine just because there was ****roaches hiding at the back of the machine, they say warranty do not cover ****roaches. i got this machine for less then 5 months and it stopped working . I purchased it from Game Pavillion, and they also cant help me about this.
