Poor After Sales Assistance

I did send my complaint on the defy website on Sunday 20/03/2022 but have not received any response as yet.

My Complaint or request for assistance is as follows :

I purchased a defy dishwasher in December 2019 , and upon receipt i did not do an intricate inspection as it was the 1st time i purchased a dishwasher. Soon after which lockdown occurred and as restrictions were being lifted i started to work 7 days a week , hence never connected it. Last weekend i got someone to connect it but upon which noticed that the plastic at the top back was cracked. Please can you assist with this.

Defy i have known to have a very strong reputation , thats why most of my appliances are defy as they are long lasting - This theory that i have with defy is clearly not true as i did not receive a response to the information i sent on teh defy website, i have received no response to the email that i sent on the 25/03/2022. I tried calling the contact centre , for which you old on forever and they have a recording that states they experiencing high call volume , a message can be left and they will return your call which i did and still no reply.

I wish that someone would assist.
