Please follow up with me and help me this fridge is not working properly

Following my previous post. Defy acted swiftly to log a call with a technician, however the technician just stood next to the fridge and said it is not doing the problem at the moment so it is fine and he closed the ticket. I once again was woken up to the sound of a brand new fridge sounding like it is running on a diesel engine. But since this is "normal" i guess my complaint is misseplaced. At least according the the technician for that matter ...

Please be advised that no issue was found with the unit.
As per user manual : A sound will be heard when the compressor is engaged. It is normal to hear sound even when the compressor is inactive, due to the compressed liquids and gasses in the cooling system.

Please feel free to contact us if you need further guidance on use, placement and levelling the unit.

Good day

Would you kindly provide me with contact information of someone i can send the video and recording to?

I understand the normal noise from a fridge however the compressor is not supposed to sound like a diesel generator as stated earlier.

I can also provide proof that the fridge is standing level as it is standard on all that it should be level.
