PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE A DEFY APPLIANCE!!

I seriously suggest that this brand not be supported! I bought a washing machine in 2017 and have had constant issues since 2018. I had a 3 year guarantee active at the time and after the second issue asked that I be given a new machine. My understanding of buying such an expensive appliance is that it should be reliable enough to never have to use your guarantee (this is just a precautionary measure). The company has no respect for customer service as after the fist issue with the machine, when it came back from the factory, they had replaced the panel with an one. My machine still had the plastic cover and was well taken care off so was basically brand new. This was very disappointing as you trust a well known brand enough to spend money with them only to have an unreliable machine and then "doing you down" on top of that.

I then had two more issues and begged them to take the machine back and give me a new one (I shouldn't be having so much of problems in the first year of purchasing the machine) to which they constantly made excuses about the guarantee.

My guarantee is over and I don't have a choice but to stick with the unreliable machine because of the incompetence of the company.
