Plastic stove from Hell

The worst mistake of my life was to spend R5000 on a defy stove. The stove has been fixed 3 times, replaced with a new one in less than a year. Now the stove is not working again, still under warranty, but not fixable due to their warranty terms.

My previous Kelvinator stove I used for 10 years, no issues. This is the worst pain Ever. I hate DEFY, the workshop manager (Midrand) Charles is so Rude, he was screaming at me on the phone. Told me I must go to hell.
