Piece of **** Tumble dryer

I think this is the biggest piece of **** i have bought in a long time for a trusted brand like Defy this is a disgrace

We have bought a Defy Tumble dryer on the 01/05 used it exactly as per manufacture specs stopped working , tech comes out says it is because of overloading which we did not do , belt was ripped.

2hours after he left the tumble dryer started to trip our mains

Tech comes out again says it is our house power

2days later and it is again heating up but not turning

Its winter and raining, I wouldn’t have bought it if i did not need it . This is beyond ridiculous
