Pensioner Bought DEFY fridge from Builders Warehouse Glen Eagles Terrible Service

a "New" Fridge was bought cash by my pensioner Mom from Builders Warehouse Glen Eagles Defy Combi Fridge Freezer Metallic 226L Product ***. Delivery Store B25 Dated 15February2023 Invoice reference Number .CUST.ORDER No.*** 15.02.2023 13:29:***49 Now note when my mother the pensioner , purchased this fridge it was said its new and from the Display since their was no stock of this item at this particular Builders Glen Eagles... My mom was persuaded to take this fridge since it was on Sale and No Other Unit Available at the store. Fast Forward a few months later to be exact around 30November2023 The Fridge Stopped working. Since it been past 6months the Fridge stopped getting cold and a day or 2 my mom advised Builders Warehouse Glen Eagles that the fridge is warm and no longer get cold or freeze items. Two Gentleman That Builders Warehouse Glen Eagles arrange from Defy Reference... to assess and fix the fridge.

They Advised my mom their was no Gas in the Fridge and proceeded to completed that and do a full inspection ..Now she was advised by that technical service team to switch on Fridge the following day. Alas the fridge was still broken and she kept the fridge on thinking it will work maybe a lot longer, All her goods and perishables was rotten at this point now for the second time...Bear in mind its been 2 days...She contact me , her son to go to Builders and each time they advised they will log a call and wait for Defy to come back ..A week later another team arrived who inspected and made notes...Thus this far today dated 13/12/2023 no one called my mom or came back to her.,...I even went on numerous occasions to Builders Warehouse Glen Eagles to call on them what's taking so long. Which i was met with frustration cause the same answer is we wait for Defy...I called numerous times to enquire either the gentleman is busy or his not working that day his name is Soobi at Glen Eagles Builders Warehouse.

Our demands now are My the pensioner and longtime Builders Warehouse client 1. I want a NEW Fridge same model.New in New package delivered to her house. 2.Based on all goods groceries lost got rotten and loss of funds. 3.Terrible Disservice by Builers Warehouse and DEFY total lack of Customer Service..

To reiterate that will Satisfy my Moms satisfaction a NEW Fridge Delivered Very Soon. Its Xmas time and she cant use a fridge as she cannot shop any grocers buy any goods to eat....This is the most frustration thing
