Pathetic Service received from Defy

On the 30th of January I logged a quiry with Defy about my slimline stove that's not working and giving an error 26, they said they will send a Technician within 2 days. I waited for 2 days but they did not come. I called again n were told that they will come on the 7th of February. I waited for them patiently but still they didn't come nor contact me. I called again to ask when are they coming I was told to hold on I did n the phone line was cut.

On the 10th I called again to ask when are they coming but they said the Technician will contact me shortly up until this hour still haven't heard anything from them. I haven't been cooking since the 30th. I can't even make food for my one yr old.
