Pathetic service from DEFY technician in Richard's bay

DEFY technician's service is pathetic so unprofessional.He came once to fix what was wrong on the fridge and then after all he does is making empty promises .He absolutely have no respect for clients and the worse part House and home says he is the only person services Richard's bay area .

I cannot use anything from my fridge my food is going into waste only because I am not important to him as a client.
