Pathetic service from Defy Service

<p>I logged a call with defy because one of my stove top plates wasnt heating up. Since the stove was still under warranty logging the call was not a problem. Since logging the call in June, the technician visited my house more than 3 times without fixing the stove until he resorted to taking my stove in to be repairs at their workshop and i was supposed to get my stove after 3 days. Its been 2 weeks since then and no one has cared to call me to let me know when i will receive my stove back. I contacted the Service department 3 times since my stove my taken into the workshop and they havent been of any help. If this is the customer service one gets from Defy i will never buy a Defy product agian.</p>
