Pathetic Service from Defy Montagu Gardens

Last month Defy Montague Gardens picked our double door fridge for repairs and I have not heard from them since them. When you do phone the Service Centre you cannot get through. When you phone Defy Montague Gardens they either put you on hold or they just don't answer their phones and this includes reception.
