Pathetic service from Defy

A few weeks after my purchase of a defy dishwasher it stopped working. It took weeks for someone to come out to check the dishwasher, now one month after getting a reference number I am still waiting for the exchange to be processed. Warranty service is beyond shocking, definitely the last time I will purchase any Defy appliance.
