pathetic service from defy durban

<p>on the 28/10/16 i purchased a defy washing mac hine from makro springfield.during the 1st week of april this year i lodged a complaint on the defy website as the machine was giving me problems.a few days later i got a response from defy saying they will get a technician to come through and have a look.a week went by and i didnt get a response.i called makro springfield and priscilla handled my complaint and got defy durban to come through.the technician came and saw the fault and said he needs to speak to the manager and will get back to me.2 weeks went by and no response.i called priscilla at makro again and she said she spoke to morgan from defy and he said they will pick up my machine the following day as it needs to be repaired in the workshop and they will give me a loan machine to use .the following day i get a call from defy saying they coming to pick up the machine but they dont have a loan machine to give me.i refused as this was not what priscilla told me they were going to do.i went into makro springfield store and laid a complaiint again.priscilla called me later on and arranged with defy to give me a loan machine.the arrangement was to pick up my machine on friday and return it on tuesday.on thursday trevor calls me and says the machine is ready and he wants to arrange a time for collection.i told him i cant leave work early and he said he will have to call me back..today neelan from defy phones me to arrange delivery and collection of the machines.i told him i can be home between 4 and 4;30 and he said thats too late.he said i must try and make arrangements for someone to be at home next week and call him.i managed to step out the office for a while and called neelan a few minutes later and told him i can be home between 11-12am.he said he will call me back in 2 minutes.20 minutes later and no response so i call him back again.he says hes waiting 4 a technician as they need a cover for the machine but i told him trevor called the day before and said the machine is ready.he again said he will call me back shortly.its now gone over 3hours and still no response.people should think twice about buying a defy product in future as there after sales service is pathetic.i would NEVER EVER recommend this brand to anyone.</p>
