Pathetic service from Defy appliances.

So disappointed with the service! My fridge had a leak and some issues. Defy came out after I called them a few times. The technician decided that the fridge had to be picked up and taken back to their workshop and could not be fixed on site. I am STILL waiting for the fridge to be picked up. It's been almost 5 weeks now since all of this. There is no communication unless I call them, and when I do, I'm told that they will send out an email and get back to me, but nothing of the sort happens. They never contacted me or sent someone out to collect the fridge. Pathetic service.
