Pathetic service from Defy and Game stores

I bought a Defy double door fridge from Game in Canal Walk in Jan 2017. Just befor Christmas now in 2018 the freezer started making noises lie a generator. I contacted Game who in turn logged a call with Defy to send out a Technician. It is now 2 weeks later, no Technician and the freezer cooling fan had eventually packed up. Made several calls to Game who keeps on referring the matter to Defy, This is truly pathetic service from 2 well known reputable brands.
