Pathetic service from Defy

I made the biggest mistake of my life purchasing a Defy side by side fridge and freezer still under guarantee and was giving problems so called Makro . They logged a complaint and Defy picked up the fridge in Dec 2018 and it’s now March 2019 and still no response from Defy. Each time you call Defy to speak to the technician says he will call back and it never happens.Never expected a big company like DEFY SA to give their customers pathetic service.
